Blink Call User Manual
Blink Call is an assistive call system designed for ALS patients. The software uses a camera to recognize preset eye-open and eye-closed actions. After the blink sequence is completed, it plays an alert sound to help the patient notify family members or caregivers when help is needed.
Who This Is For
- People who have difficulty speaking and cannot easily call out for help.
- People who have difficulty using their hands and cannot reliably press buttons or use a physical call device.
- People who can complete simple eye-open and eye-closed actions.
- Patients whose family members or caregivers can help with the first-time setup.
Before You Start
- A Windows computer.
- A working camera.
- An internet connection, required when downloading model files for the first time.
- Computer speakers or a Bluetooth speaker.
Download Software (Latest Version: v1.2.2)
Choose any one of the following download options:
Download the latest software package, extract it to any folder, and double-click BlinkCall.exe in the extracted folder to launch the software.

- If you are using the software for the first time, read First Use.

- If you need to adjust the ringtone or volume, read Audio Alert.
